Firstly, if i stay in high rise building does that means i am too high above the ground to take breath in prana? 2nd the visualise part of candle is actually to train ur mind so that u can visualise the intake of prana? 3rd this is also a kinda of meditation? 4th how do u know if u doing it correctly? i mean if u do it correctly, wat will u feel/encounter/etc? Thnks. P.S: Is it possible to share how to do meditation?

Ya first of all must "po" the forum starter for the great job of posting those valuable stuff although i must say some chinese is too chim for me

Here comes my personal view on buddhism, i must stress that i am a free-thinker so just a peronal point of view.
Desire= strong wish also mean die die must hv.
Buddha also "wish" to end the suffering therefore he seeked the WAY.
So if u dun wish or hope to gain enlightenment then u also wont be follow buddhism. This is also understand urself, the true you.
As for other realm,
Animal realm( u might not hv the wisdom to think n digest wat u learnt).
Hungry ghost realm( if u r hungry, u also wont be in the mood to learn)
Hell realm ( i guess u will be too busy with ur suffering)
God realm (in comfort zone, too comfort to tot of other??? i dunno)
Asura realm ( i dunno wat kinda of place is that)

Sorry, i didnt finish all the Qns n ans only up to abt 50. To me the reply is abit discouraging in the sense that it seems only 1 Amitabha is enuff and alot of times better. So then, why are there so many sutra/matra?

Just to add on, does it helps anything by playing and listening to those sutra/mantra CDs?

There is something i dun understand, arent chanting suppose to calm our mind? arent suppose chanting can suppress ur anger/anxious/fear etc?

Is there any da bei zhou with simple chinese (better will be it comes with hanyu pinying as well) with steps from very beginning to dedication? THanks in advance.
